What is the cutoff time for same day shipments out of our Springfield, MO PDC or Toronto, Ontario, Canada PDC?

For orders shipping from our Springfield, MO PDC, the cutoff time for same day shipments is 12:00 pm CST. For orders shipping from our Toronto, Ontario, Canada PDC, the cutoff time for same day shipments is 12:00 pm EST. Orders must be loaded into our system before this time in order to ship the same day. If you have concerns your order will not ship in time, please call customer service at 1-877-294-5906 or email pdc@mgmbrakes.com.


How do I know if I have an account with MGM Brakes?

A customer service representative can determine if you have an account set up with us. Please use Live Chat or call customer service at 1-800-527-1534 ext. 6021. If you would like to open an account, fill out our credit application and submit it to MGM Brakes for consideration.

 

How do I get my part number to appear on shipping documents if I am a customer shipping on account?

When in the Online Cart - Pending Purchase screen, enter your part number in the customer part number field. For customers purchasing without an account, this option is not available. If you would like to open an account, fill out our credit application and submit it to MGM Brakes for consideration.


Why am I being charged an extra fee for shipping Federal Express?

Using Federal Express Service out of our Murphy, North Carolina and Cloverdale, California facilities requires additional shipping fees for pickup.


Why am I being charged a direct ship fee?

Orders shipping directly to your facility or a branch location are not charged a fee. These locations are pre-approved locations on file. A direct ship fee will only be charged if you are shipping directly to your customer. This fee will be waived for emergency orders only. Emergency orders will consist of no more than four (4) spring brakes or service chambers and/or twenty-five (25) component parts and requires air delivery.


What currency will I be charged in?

All transactions are in U.S. dollars. For your convenience, we have provided a link to google currency lookup.


Why does my order not list prices?
