It is MGM Brakes policy to design, manufacture, and market products that consistently meet customer expectations for quality, performance, delivery, service, product safety, and value.
A Quality Management System is in place and a strategic plan has been executed to support this commitment to our customers.
A framework for setting quality objectives and continually improving upon them has been established and implemented.
We are proud to say that MGM Brakes has demonstrated its Quality Management System and is registered to ISO 9001:2015 for its Charlotte headquarters and both manufacturing plants in Murphy, North Carolina and Cloverdale, California. Please view the certificates below for all locations.

MGM BRAKES ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
MGM Brakes recognizes that responsible environmental management is in the best interest of the company, the community and for the protection of the environment. MGM Brakes is therefore committed to following sound environmental management practices.
We will pursue opportunities for continual improvement and prevention of pollution.
We will comply with all applicable environmental laws, government regulations and other legal environmental requirements. MGM Brakes will commit all necessary resources to fulfill our compliance obligations.
We will develop systems to ensure that internal standards and systems related to environmental management are followed.
We will identify and assess significant environmental impacts and continually strive to properly manage them.
We will communicate to our employees, those working on our behalf, visitors and other interested parties this Environmental Policy, so that they will have knowledge of appropriate environmental management practices when on our property.

By issuance of this certificate the firm represents that it will maintain its registration in accordance with the applicable requirements. We are proud to say that MGM Brakes meets REACH Regulation Standards on all products we manufacture in Murphy, North Carolina and Cloverdale, California.
REACH Regulation:
REACH is a new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (Regulation EC N. 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances. The new law entered into force on 1-June-2007. REACH places greater responsibility on industry to manage the risks that chemicals may pose to the health and the environment.
MGM Brakes REACH Compliance Statement:
MGM Brakes, based in North America, designs and manufactures brakes actuators for the commercial vehicle industry.
Our products (or Articles) supplied a). do not contain substances that are intended to be released, b). contain no substance that could be included in the candidate list for authorization, c). even if such substance is present, it would be in such a trace amount that it will not be above a concentration of 0.1% weight by weight, and d). the total annual amount of such substance will not be over 1 tonne.
MGM Brakes is therefore not required to pre-register/register or notify in accordance to Article 7 of the REACH regulation.
