Specific Features:

1. "Long Life" Power Spring - Powerful, reliable with increased shut height to reduce coil clash.
2. Center Seal - Nitrile rubber air seal (not troublesome O-rings) provides maximum protection against air leaks and retains lubricants to extend life. Nylon guides prevent metal-to-metal wear.
3. Non-Pressure Chamber - 8 gauge embossed steel on all type 30 service/tandems, 9 gauge on all other sizes.
4. Mounting Bolts - Provides added strength and durability with self-locking nuts and hardened steel flat washers.
5. Stroke Alert - Quickly identifies when 70-80% of chamber stroke has been used.
6. "Positive Alignment System" - MGM Engineering designed and patented a system that prevents power spring skewing, reduces stress and adds life to the center seal. U.S. Patent #5,507,217.
7. Heavy-Duty Diaphragms - Cold weather natural rubber for longer service life and resistance to deterioration. Neoprene is also available for increased life in oil contaminated environments.
8. Square Embossments (Ports) - Cast into flange case to provide an instant long stroke identifier that is pronounced and easily detected.
9. Center Hole Shield - Permits visual inspection of "Stroke Alert" and prevents entrance of stones, dirt, snow, slush and other solid debris.
