provides 100 lbs. of additional parking force (@1.25 inches of
stroke) over standard 30/30 brakes.
- Push-Rod Air Seal - Nitrile
rubber air seal (not troublesome O-rings) provides maximum protection
against air leaks and retains lubricants to extend life. Nylon
guides prevent metal-to-metal wear.
- Heavy-Duty Steel Non-Pressure Chamber
- Heavy duty 8-gauge embossed steel, epoxy- coated for long life.
- "Stroke Alert" Indicator
- Highly visable orange paint on black epoxy-coated push-rod.
- Self Locking Nuts - Always
stays tight; eliminates the need for lock washers.
- Heavy-Duty Diaphragms - Cold weather natural rubber for longer service life and resistance
to deterioration. Low temperature range to -65°F. Suitable
for extreme operating conditions.
- Integral Release Bolt - Permanently installed, can't get lost. Permits safe, easy
release of the actuator to move the vehicle in the absence of
air. Dacroment"! coated to eliminate corrosion.
- "Weatherseal"™ Design
- Diaphragm is designed to cover breather holes during operation.
Effectively seals out road wash and corrosive airborne contaminants.
- Center Hole Shield -
Permits visual inspection of "Stroke Alert" and prevents
entrance of stones, dirt, snow, slush and other solid debris.
